Elk are also frequent visitors to the area, especially in the spring and early summer months. Bismark Lake and Stockade Lake are with-in a mile of the Little Red Inn and provide excellent fishing opportunities for rainbow trout, crappie, bluegill, yellow perch, and northern pike. Fly fishing opportunities are also abundant in the many streams, lakes and ponds in and around Custer State Park.

The Little Red Inn is locally owned and family operated. Our goal is to provide a Black Hills experience that will serve as the basis for memories that will last a lifetime, and bring visitors back year round (and year after year) to this beautiful area. The Little Red Inn is your four-season destination. From the time the bison are caving in the spring in Custer State Park, through the summer months, during the Sturgis Rally, as the colors change in the hills in the fall, and then through the easy winter months where the snow glistens in the ponderosa pine, consider the Little Red Inn as your Black hills destination year round.
